Errors while recharging via iTunes or Google Play

To recharge via iTunes or Google Play, make sure that you added credit card payment method to your Apple ID account or Google Play.

  • If you recharged successfully via iTunes or Google Play and your in-game balance did not increase, please wait for a few minutes or logout your character and login again.
  • In some cases with unstable connections... payment progress via iTunes or Google Play can be interrupted.
  • Therefore, please wait for a while and try again. If your credit card balance already subtracted money and you don't receive anything, please send your Apple or Google Play receipts to our CS email support@mobgame.mobi with some information: game name, character name, server name, the time you got the error, version name (iOS or Android OS) and other details which can help us to solve your problem.
